One-on-one personal training focusing on your personal fitness goals and specializing in overall fitness, building strength and using correct technique to maximise fat loss and results.

$60 per session (45 mins) All suburbs. Includes travel costs.

$45 per session at my gym in Pimpama

Private one-on-one coaching sessions either in person or via Skype. Discover your personal vision of health and fitness and then work on weekly goal-setting and receive guidance and motivation on how to achieve your ultimate wellness dream.

$95 per session (1 hour)
