The InBody body composition analysers provide a detailed report outlining an individual’s measurements in such things as but not limited to:

  • Total skeletal muscle mass
  • Total body fat in kilograms
  • Total body fat percentage
  • Visceral fat
  • Total body water
  • Segmental muscle and fat analysis


WEEKLY WEIGH INs

Once you've had your initial InBody scan, you will have private weekly weigh-ins which is body weight, body fat percentage, and measurements (arms, chest, waist, hips, thigh).

This helps you see how you're tracking and keeps you accountable each week.

NUTRITION GUIDE

The Nutrition Guide is provided at your Info Session and initial weigh-in where you can ask any questions in relation to your current nutrition and discuss likes/dislikes, eating out, meal timing, hydration, supplements and more.
